Crystal has always been passionate about volunteering and tutoring, which led her to join CovEd as a mentor in 2020. She later became involved in CovEd’s Outreach Team and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. She loves connecting with new team members who are eager to further CovEd’s mission of expanding educational opportunities for underserved students!

Crystal graduated from Northeastern University and currently works as a registered nurse in Boston, caring for patients with various neurological disorders. She hopes to further explore preventive medicine, integrating her nursing and public health background with her passion for education. Outside of work, she enjoys going to Solidcore and yoga classes, working towards surpassing her yearly Goodreads reading goal, and documenting her travels through photos and videos.
